- Estimated guest count
- Lodging needs (number of nights and bedrooms)
- Venue preferences (oceanfront, garden, blufftop, indoor/outdoor)
- Budget range
- Vendors needed (catering, rentals, coordination, photography) and any special requirements
- Your contact information (name, phone, email)
